The meeting finalized arrangements for two upcoming capacity-building courses targeting football coaches and administrators in the Mundri region.
The initiative aims to upskill local sports personnel through an upcoming CAF/SSFA License D Coaching Course and a dedicated Football Administration Course.

The training delegation from Juba is scheduled to arrive in Mundri on August 11, 2026, with the intensive capacity-building programs running through to August 20, 2026.
The joint initiative has set clear targets to maximize the impact of the training:
โข 45 Coaches to undergo the License D certification pathway.
โข 25 Administrators to receive formal management training.
A key priority of this initiative is inclusivity. Both the SSFF and Dr. Monday have explicitly stressed a commitment to women’s inclusion, mandating that at least 10 women be included among the participating coaches, alongside strong female representation in the administrative cohort.

SSFF Technical Director, Dr. Salyi Samuel Lolaku lauded the collaboration, highlighting Mundriโs trajectory as a growing sub-association on the path toward full, official association status once all developmental milestones are met.
The federation highly encourages such individual and community-driven initiatives, noting that Dr. Mondayโs proactive approach serves as an exemplary model for driving football development throughout all states and regions of South Sudan.
