
๐๐ฎ๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ง, ๐๐๐ญ๐ก ๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐ โ In a significant move to bridge the gap between education and athletics, the President of the South Sudan Football Federation (SSFF), Mr. Francis Amin Michael, conducted an inspection visit today at Libya Primary School. The visit was aimed at monitoring the progress of new construction facilities funded by the school’s winnings from the CAF Pan-African Interschool Tournament.
The project, which is being directly overseen by the SSFF, serves as a tangible result of the school’s success on the continental stage.
During the inspection, Mr. Francis lauded the school administration for their dedication to the project. He emphasized that integrating sports into the educational system remains a cornerstone of the Federationโs long-term vision.

Accompanying the President was Mr. William Okot De Toby, the SSFF Consultant, who expressed his satisfaction with the technical aspects of the build. Mr. De Toby extended his appreciation to both the school management and the onsite engineers for their professionalism and adherence to quality standards.
Representing the institution, the Headteacher of Libya One Primary School, Mr. Michael Guya Mono, welcomed the delegation. He highlighted the transformative impact the new facilities will have on the students, providing them with a better environment to hone their skills while pursuing their studies.
This initiative highlights a growing trend in South Sudan where sporting success is being directly reinvested into community infrastructure, ensuring that the next generation of athletes has the foundation they need to succeed.
