The South Sudan Football Federation (SSFF) Executive Committee held its second Ordinary Meeting of the year 2026 today. Chaired by the President, the committee deliberated on critical administrative, legal, and developmental matters.
The following Resolutions were officially adopted:

โข CECAFA Election: The Executive Committee received a briefing from President Francis Amin regarding the CECAFA General Assembly, formally noting his successful election into the CECAFA Executive Committee.
โข Head of Delegation: Mr. Abraham Ajok was officially assigned as the Head of Delegation for the National Teamโs upcoming friendly match in Eritrea.
โข FIFA/CAF Agents: All South Sudanese companies or individuals aspiring to become FIFA or CAF-licensed player agents must officially liaise with the SSFF Secretariat for recognition prior to sitting for examinations.

The Executive Committee reviewed and approved the following institutional frameworks for 2026:

โข Annual Workplan 2026-2027.
โข SSFF Finance Policy 2026.
โข Procurement Policy 2026.
โข Conflict of Interest Policy 2026.
โข Anti-Fraud and Anti-Corruption Policies.
โข Human Resource Policy.
โข Official SSFF Organogram and Organizational Chart.
Note: The Ethics and Disciplinary Policy was not passed. It has been referred to the Legal Committee for comprehensive review, translation, and re-presentation at the next meeting.

โข Referees: The Committee passed the Referees General Examination, its governing regulations, and the appointed Committee. The associated budget was approved with minor adjustments.
โข Player Registration (ID Arrears): National Team players from Jamus FC, Malakia SC, Kator FC, Koryom FC, Wajuma FC, and El Merriekh FC Juba who have not completed international ID processing are temporarily approved for domestic registration pending final status determination.
โข TMS Compliance: All clubs are directed to introduce and register their Transfer Matching System (TMS) users before the opening of the next registration window.
โข Foreign Player Regulations: Regarding the Premier League clubsโ request to amend the foreign player quota for 2026, the Committee noted that 70% of the current season has already been played under existing rules. Consequently, this matter is deferred for discussion ahead of the next season.
โข Legal Fees: The updated fee schedule for lodging official complaints and appeals was approved.

โข Kator FC Inquiry: Due to insufficient evidence regarding the โVote of No Confidenceโ at Kator FC, the Executive Committee has formed an Investigative Committee to submit a fact-finding report within two (2) weeks.
โข General Regulations Review: A committee was established to review the SSFF General Regulations 2019, with a mandate to report within 90 days.
โข Composition: Abdullah Abdu Abdullah (Chair), Bak Athian Bak (Secretary), Dr. Arif Giza Bunduki, South Sudan Premier Clubsโ representative and members: Sisslio Juba, William Okot De Toby, and Amol Barach (including reps from Referees, Coaches, Womenโs Football, and SSPL Clubs).
โข Coaches Ad-hoc Committee: Approved with an operational mandate effective until June 20, 2026.

โข Juba Technical Centre: Approval was granted for the construction of a Technical Centre in Juba based on FIFA instructions and best practices.
โข Wau Stadium: The installation of an Artificial Turf at Wau Stadium was officially approved.

โข Committee Leadership: In the absence of both the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of any Standing Committee, the President is empowered to assign an Executive Committee member to act in their stead.
โข Womenโs Football: The Secretariat is tasked with developing the budget for the South Sudan Cup for Women 2025-2026 for presentation at the next meeting.
